Bảo Tháp Tàng Kinh Thánh Điển (Dhammacetiya) là Đại Công Trình xây dựng Đại Thắng Tích mang đậm nét văn hóa và kiến trúc lâu đời của các xứ Phật Giáo Châu Á, sẽ được tạo dựng tại khuôn viên Chùa Hương Đạo, 4717 East Rosedale Street, Fort Worth, Texas 76105 – USA.
Gồm có 840 Tháp lớn nhỏ được xây dựng bằng các vật liệu lâu bền (đá hoa cương và thép cứng) lưu trữ toàn bộ lời dạy của Đức Phật Gotama và chư Thánh đệ tử trong ba tạng kinh điển: (Kinh – Suttanta, Luật – Vinaya và Vi Diệu Pháp – Abhidhamma) được điêu khắc bằng tiếng Pali Roman và Tiếng Anh trên hơn 3000 bia đá và các bảng đồng bằng 6 thứ ngôn ngữ khác nhau của các nước Phật Giáo: Tích Lan, Miến Điện, Cao Miên, Thái Lan, Lào và Việt Nam.
The Ancient Sacred Buddhist Scripture Stupas (Dhammacetiya) is a Monumental Project that will construct the Great Sacred Buddhist Site displaying the rich culture and long-lasting architecture of Asian Buddhist countries. It will be built in the vicinity of Hương Đạo Monastery, 4717 East Rosedale Street, Fort Worth, Texas 76105, USA. Consist of 840 large and small Stupas, the structures will construct with durable materials (granite and hard steel). They will store all teachings of Buddha Gotama and his Holy Disciples from the three Pali Canons: (Suttanta-collection of discourses, Vinaya-code of conducts, and Abhidhamma). The three Pali Canons will be carved on more than 3000 stone slabs in Pali Roman and English. The bronze metals will be inscribed in six different languages of Buddhist countries: Sri Lanka, Burma, Cambodia, Thailand, Laos, and Viet Nam.
Công trình xây dựng 840 Tháp lớn nhỏ là biểu tượng của 84,000 Pháp Môn (Khandhas) là lời dạy của Đấng Đại Giác; là chơn lý uyên thâm, trong sáng và thiết thực, là thông điệp của Từ Bi Trí Tuệ và Giải Thoát đã đang và sẽ gởi đến tất cả chúng sinh suốt hơn 25 thế kỷ và mãi tiếp tục truyền thừa để lại cho hậu thế một kho tàng Pháp Bảo vô giá lâu dài cho các thế hệ mai sau.
The construction project of the 840 large and small Stupas is symbolic of the 84,000 Dhamma (Dhammakkhandhas or Khandhas), which are the teachings of the Great Enlightened One. They are the profound, pure, and practical truth, the message of Compassion, Wisdom, and Liberation that had, are, and will send to all sentient beings for more than 25 centuries. They will continue to be passed down to our posterity the invaluable, ever-lasting treasures of Dhamma for generations to come.
Công trình “Bảo Tháp Tàng Kinh Thánh Điển” là nguyện vọng chánh đáng đồng thời là nghĩa vụ thiêng liêng trong việc học Pháp, hành Pháp cùng với việc bảo tồn và hoằng truyền Phật Pháp của Tăng Ni, Phật Tử chùa Hương Đạo nói riêng và của tất cả Tăng Ni, Phật Tử trên toàn thế giới nói chung. Do vậy, sự hỗ trợ cần thiết về Trí lực (sự hiểu biết) của Chư Tăng Ni chuyên về Pháp Học, Pháp Hành và sự hùn phước trợ duyên của tất cả quý Phật Tử và chư vị Mạnh Thường Quân trên đất nước Hoa Kỳ và trên khắp năm Châu sẽ là đóng góp lớn lao cho công trình xây dựng Bảo Tháp Dhammacetiya được hoàn thành trong thời gian sớm nhất. Và nơi đây được xem là món quà Pháp Bảo cao quý dành tặng cho tất cả mọi người trong đất nước Hoa Kỳ và cho toàn thể nhân loại trên thế giới, những ai có tâm nghiên cứu tìm hiểu, học hỏi và thực hành ứng dụng lời dạy của Đức Phật trong đời sống hàng ngày nhằm mang lại hạnh phúc, an lạc cho mình và cho tha nhân.
The project “The Ancient Sacred Buddhist Scripture Stupas” is a noble aspiration. At the same time, it is also a sacred obligation while Dhamma learning and Dhamma practicing along with the preservation and propagation of the Buddhadhamma for the Monks, Nuns, and Buddhists disciples at Hương Đạo Monastery in particular, and for all Monks, Nuns, and Buddhists disciples around the world in general. Therefore, the support of Wisdom (understanding) from Monks and Nuns who specialize in Dhamma Learning and Practice and the financial help from all Buddhists and Generous Sponsors in the United States and throughout the five continents will be an enormous contribution to the construction project of the Dhammacetiya Stupas. It will also help the project be completed soon. This site is considered a noble gift of Dhamma for everyone in the United States and for all humanity in the world who have the intention to do research, learn, and implement the Buddha’s teachings in daily life to bring happiness and peace to themselves and others.
